From Charlotte Avenue - Exit to the Centennial Professional Plaza: Proceed 1 mile west (away from downtown) to the traffic light at 23rd Ave. N. Turn left at the light. You will see 345 23rd Ave. N., Nashville, TN 37203 on your immediate right. Parking is directly across the street with a covered walkway for your convenience.
I-24 from the West - As you approach Nashville follow the signs to I-24E/I-65S. Continue towards Nashville until reaching the junction where you have the option of taking I-40E or I-40W. Bear to your right on I-40E towards Nashville. The next exit is #209(Charlotte Avenue). This exit is 1.1 miles after you enter I-40E. Get off at Charlotte Avenue (70W). Turn to the right (West). Follow above directions from Charlotte Avenue to the Centennial Professional Plaza.
I-24 from the East - Follow I-24W towards Nashville. Follow exit #52A which reads I-24W/I-40W Nashville. At exit #211 follow #211A (I-40W/I-65S). At exit #210 stay to the right following I-40W towards Memphis. Pass exits #209A and #209B and use exit #209 to get off the interstate. The exit sign reads Charlotte Avenue/Church Street. Go straight through the traffic light at the top of the exit ramp and move to the center lane. Proceed straight through the traffic light at Church Street to the next traffic light (0.2 miles) which is Charlotte Avenue (70W). Turn left (West) on Charlotte Avenue. Follow above directions from Charlotte Avenue to the Centennial Professional Plaza.
I-65 from the North - As you approach Nashville, follow the signs to I-24E/I-65S. At exit #86 bear to the right and follow the signs I-65S/I-40W (Huntsville/Memphis). Follow this until you reach exit #84A (Huntsville/Knoxville, I-65S/I-40E). Take I-40E to the first exit, #209, Charlotte Avenue (70W). Follow above directions from Charlotte Avenue to the Centennial Professional Plaza.
I-65 from the South-Follow I-65N to Nashville - Do not take the I-440 turnoff. The road splits into I-40W towards Memphis (to the left) and I-65N and I-40E (to the right). Follow I-40 W to the third exit, #209, Church Street/Charlotte Avenue. Do not take exit #209A or #209B. Proceed straight for 0.4 miles to Charlotte Avenue (70W) and turn left (West). Follow above directions from Charlotte Avenue to the Centennial Professional Plaza.
I-40 from the East-Take I-40W towards Nashville - The road will split at exit #213. Follow exit #213B, I-40W and I-24W. Stay to the left and follow exit #211A, to I-40W/I-65S. At exit #210 stay to the right, following I-40W towards Memphis. Follow the interstate to exit #209 (Church Street/Charlotte Avenue). Do not use exit #209A or #209B. Proceed straight for 0.4 miles to Charlotte Avenue and turn left (West). Follow above directions from Charlotte Avenue to the Centennial Professional Plaza.
I-40 from the West - Follow I-40 East towards Nashville. Get off I-40E at exit #209, Charlotte Avenue (70W). Proceed to the end of the ramp turn right (West) onto Charlotte Avenue. Follow above directions from Charlotte Avenue to the Centennial Professional Plaza.
